We clean homes and commercial/retail businesses in Fort Smith, Northwest Arkansas, and the surrounding areas, specializing in Roof, Window & Exterior Cleaning. We have weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly accounts that need to be serviced regularly.
We’re looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals who want the chance to be part of a fast-growing team. You must be able to learn this trade quickly and be willing to “go the extra mile” to achieve personal success. Certain positions (Technician & Operations Coordinator) must be willing to practice for 6-8 hours prior to hire.
OPEN POSITIONS
TECHNICIAN
As a Technician, you will need to travel to each jobsite to complete the work that has been assigned to you.
The ideal person for this position must be able to communicate with customers and fellow team members in a way that is clear, friendly, and personable. You must also be able to manage a daily schedule of job assignments.
This person will need to be reliable and on-time every day. We need someone who is able to start their work for the day even if they are the first one at the office.
You must be able to learn this trade quickly and be willing to practice for 6-8 hours prior to hire.
Some weekend work may be needed. Position may require some travel to Northwest Arkansas, on occasion.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
The pay is $600-900 per week with opportunities for pay increases and promotions.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
As the Operations Coordinator, you will need to be organized and able to accurately track inventory, perform scheduled maintenance cleanings and repairs, and set appointments.
The ideal person for this position must be able to communicate with customers and fellow team members in a way that is clear, friendly, and personable. You must also be able to manage a daily schedule of job assignments.
This person will need to be reliable and on-time every day. We need someone who is able to start their work for the day even if they are the first one at the office.

ADMINISTRATOR
As the Administrator, you will handle all office-based operations like scoreboards, HR, reporting, bookkeeping, and payroll. The Administrator should be someone who is precise, well organized, attentive to detail, and enjoys working with numbers. They should also be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to learn how to generate reports and track information.
The ideal person for this position must be able to communicate with customers and fellow team members in a way that is clear, friendly, and personable. You must also be able to manage a daily schedule of job assignments.
